Opening order minimum: 12 books total. Mixed titles are welcome.
Reorder minimum: 6 books total.
Payment: Payment is due within 15 days of shipment. Checks should be made payable to Cassie Nestle. Mailing instructions will be included on the invoice.
Fulfillment: In-stock titles generally ship within 5 business days. Special-order titles may require 6–8 weeks. Timing will be confirmed before the order is finalized.
Shipping: Charged at actual cost using the most cost-effective appropriate carrier. Mackinac Island deliveries will ship by USPS Ground Advantage unless another arrangement is requested.
Returns and damage: Wholesale orders are nonreturnable. Report shipping damage or shortages within 7 days and include photographs.
Resale documentation: A valid resale certificate is required for tax-exempt wholesale purchases.
